Why?

Why is my youngest host brother, the one in 4th grade, always the last one to bed? It's 10pm right now, and he's practicing his English, which obviously isn't working because his English hasn't improved much since I've gotten here. I feel so bad for him. When I was in 4th grade, my bed time was 8:30pm. Thank God! He shouldn't be up studying this late. And this is a nightly occurrence.

And it only gets worse folks. Some ETAs have host siblings in high school. Someone told me their host sibling has a tutor come to the house from midnight to 2am. THAT'S RIGHT, FROM MIDNIGHT TO 2AM! What are these crazy Korean parents thinking? They are ruining their children's lives.
